- We are 3-4 weeks behind in fulfilling orders that include items that are out of stock.
- We continue to take orders and will advise you if your items is out of stock at the time of your order
- We fill these orders in the sequence that we receive them
- We do not charge credit cards until we are ready to ship
- We have no control over PayPal payments which are processed through our website at the time you make your order.
- If you need a product quickly and request overnight through 3 day shipping, be sure to inquire about the availability of all items in your order.

(We
have discontinued making customized guards without the instrument in our shop. With only Larry and Rita
in the shop, we no longer have the time it takes for such a project. However, if you send us your
pattern, we will make a guard. Because it is your pattern, there is no
refund for any reason.)
