Important Shipping Information
After your order has been received, an automated response, "Received order", is sent. When we move your order into our manufacturing system, we will notify you by email that we are "Assembling Your Order" (making the product and preparing for shipping).
If the items you ordered are in stock, we will ship within 1-2 days. If one or more of the items you ordered is not in stock, it may take 3-4 weeks before that item(s) can be made and shipped.
You will be notified by email confiming that your order has been "Shipped" and will usually include a tracking number. Once your products have been shipped, Leather Specialties Company holds no responsibility for damage, delay in delivery, or non-delivery of your order. Please contact the shipping company with your Tracking Number we provided in the Shipping Notification email.
It is necessary to call us about the availability of the produdt(s) you need to be shipped immediately. For all such orders, Leather Specialties Company processes the order as soon as possible only if we have that item(s) in stock. Requests for "next day" shipping on orders that are placed after 12 noon on Thursdays cannot be delivered by USPS and UPS until Monday of the following week.
Leather Specialties Company will ship virtually to any destination in the world. We utilize the United States Postal Service Priority and UPS for our primary shipping comapnies. By request, we can ship using FedEx or DHL. Please notify us before you complete your order if you choose to have your products shipped by a company other than USPS or UPS because we do not provide current shipping costs for any other shipping companies.
All shipping costs are based on weight of the products and the rates are calculated by UPS and USPS. If you want to use any shipping company other than UPS and USPS, please notify us at the Help Center before ordering any products.
Please notify us before you return your product. All returned products must be unused, in orginal packaging, with our approval and at the customer's expense.
