Ordering & Payment
Our payment methods have changed:
1. Credit card – After you place
your order, we will email you a Request Money notice that will direct
you to our secure payment site on PayPal.
2. PayPal – A link to your account
is provided on the Request Money notice sent you after your order has
been placed.
3. Personal check - You may mail a
personal check to our headquarters. Use our address from our Contact
Us page.
Placing
an order by telephone:
1. Our office hours are Tuesdays and
Thursdays from 9:00am EST to 1:00pm EST. Give Sue or Larry your order.
2. If you get the answering machine,
leave your order and -VERY
IMPORTANT- the five points of information listed below. Speak
slowly and distinctly – There has not been an answering machine
invented that plays back messages very clearly!

Placing
an order by email:
1. After
we receive your order, we will send you a Request Money notice through
PayPal. You do not have to have a
PayPal account. You can pay directly from that email notice
with your own credit card or
with your PayPal account. We will receive confirmation of your payment
from PayPal within 1-3 days at which time we will ship your order. Of
course, if we are out of stock of an item, the shipping time will be
delayed until we can fill your order.
